Pumpkin Pie Chia Breakfast Pudding

Makes 6 servings

-1 can pumpkin puree

-1 cup plain yogurt (regular or plant based)

-2 cups low fat milk or sugar free vanilla almond milk

-1 cup pumpkin seed protein powder or vanilla protein powder

-1/4 cup chia seeds

-Pinch of salt

-1 tsp cinnamon powder

-1/8 tsp cloves

-1/8 tsp nutmeg

-8-10 chopped dates for garnish 1/4 cup chopped dates for garnish.

 -1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or pecans

Mix all wet ingredients into a bowl.

Mix all dry ingredients into a separate bowl

Mix all ingredients together and divided into six separate containers. Garnish with chopped dates and chopped pumpkin seeds.
